With sessions running each week, the small group training classes provide a fun, challenging and supportive way to build strength, improve fitness and train alongside like-minded people.
Each session combines strength training and conditioning in a partner-based circuit format, using equipment including kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, slam balls, battle ropes and farmer's carry handles. Every workout is designed to improve strength, endurance and overall fitness while keeping sessions varied and enjoyable.
