Here’s a little about me:

I started training in my late teens. I was 8 stone soaking wet and terrible at sports, not knowing where to start. I’ve since tried my hand at everything, spanning endurance, calisthenics training, weight training and the rest.

I’ve found in recent years that strength training has kept giving me continuous notions of progression in the gym along with that dopamine hit that runners bang on about.

I want to help you find that same feeling.
