That’s where I come in. I’ll help you take the guesswork out of exercise and nutrition, starting at an appropriate pace and helping you take your fitness further than you thought possible.
SERVICES
Get in the best shape of your life with one on one personal training. We’ll begin with a complementary session to assess things like your mobility, fitness level and your goals, and then work to create you a personalised plan with short, medium and long term goals.
I offer in home or outdoor personal training to those who prefer not to exercise in the gym environment. I can provide all of the equipment required for your sessions.
If you know your way around the gym already and prefer coaching online with weekly programming, check ins and nutrition guidance. I have several online packages available.
